In order to enter into a contract with PONY EXPRESS, you should submit your request in the “Contract Conclusion” at the company's website.

After filling in the request, your company will be assigned to a personal manager who will contact you as soon as possible.

Volumetric weight

The cost of delivery shall be calculated by volumetric weight, if the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight.

Some goods are lightweight, but they are bulky. In this case, the delivery cost will not depend on the actual weight. It will depend on the so-called “volumetric weight”. In accordance with the metric standards of the International Air Transport Association, volumetric weight shall be determined as follows:

For boxes

Volumetric weight (kg) = (length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)) / 5000

For rolls

Volumetric weight (kg) = (Area of circle (cm²) x Height (cm)) / 5000
Area of the circle = 3,14 * R², where R is a radius of circle (cm)

A fractional value of weight shall be rounded up to the nearest number with a step of 0.5 kg
